1. Your listing agent enters your information into the homefeedback.com web site.
2. A real estate agent shows your property to a prospective buyer.
3. If the showing agent leaves his/her business card at the property to let you know your home was shown, you may log into homefeedback.com and enter the information from the business card or your agent can handle entering in the new showing information (agent name, company, phone number, e-mail address) from the appointment made.
4. homefeedback.com automatically handles the rest of the feedback process by:
  • attempting multiple times to receive feedback from showing agent
  • updating Sellers control page to show you status of every feedback request
  • notifying Seller and listing agent every time there is a showing and the feedback provided

 

 

 

 

 
5. After entering your user name and password, you will be on your personal feedback page.

6. Via your personal feedback page you can:
  • Enter a new showing to request feedback from the buyer's agent (optional)
  • View all feedback responses to-date
  • View statistics summarizing all feedback to-date
  • View the status of pending feedback
  • Directly e-mail your agent

   

 

 

7. To request feedback after a showing, - depending upon how showings are arranged - either you can enter information from the showing agent's business card or your agent can enter in the showing agents information from the appointment made
8. Upon submittal:
  • The showing agent receives an e-mail and a request-for-feedback form to fill out about your property.
  • Your agent receives an e-mail that a new showing by (showing agent's name and information) has taken place and feedback has been requested.
  • Your personal feedback page is updated to show that you are waiting for feedback from that agent.
9. If there is no response from the showing agent after feedback has been requested, the showing agent automatically will receive an e-mail reminder 3 days later. Another reminder automatically will be sent in another 3 days. The showing agent will be requested for feedback up to 3 times.
10. When a Showing Agent responds:
  • You will receive an e-mail indicating that new feedback has been submitted for your review.
  • Your agent will receive an e-mail indicating that new feedback has been submitted for your review
Member Agents have a personal control page that:
  • In one easy step, allows them to e-mail any new information, i.e., a price reduction or commission change, to every showing agent who has shown the property.
